Redshore Partners uses the details you submit to assess potential fit with commercial data buyers, respond to your enquiry and coordinate any next steps you authorise.

What we collect

Your name, work email, role, company details and the general information you provide about retained records. Please do not upload or paste underlying datasets, confidential client material or sensitive personal information.

How we handle it

Enquiries are stored in a hosted database with access restricted to Redshore’s authorised site owner. Our website hosting and infrastructure providers process the information to operate this service. Our email delivery service (FormSubmit, or Resend when enabled) processes your contact details and enquiry to send the Redshore notification and your receipt confirmation. FormSubmit states it retains submissions for 30 days. Its security check may use Google reCAPTCHA. We use your information to respond to your request and assess the potential opportunity; consent is requested on the form. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list.

Introductions

We ask permission before sharing your details with a prospective buyer. That buyer will explain its own assessment, data handling and licensing process. You do not submit company records through this form.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry, or withdraw your consent to further contact, by emailing info@redshorepartners.com. We retain enquiry information while assessing or progressing the opportunity, or where needed to keep a record of an agreed introduction. You can ask us to review continued retention at any time.
